These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LAILA platform, website, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by LAILA Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“LAILA Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
LAILA is an AI-powered research and insights tool designed to help users:
• Explore markets, audiences, and competitive landscapes
• Test concepts, products, campaigns, and messaging
• Generate research-style reports using AI-modeled audiences and synthetic personas
Reports (“Reports”) are generated from:
• Publicly available information
• Patterns from commercially available large language models
• Any data or prompts you choose to provide
Important Limitations
Reports are automated simulations. They may include errors, gaps, bias, outdated information, or misinterpretations.
They are not a replacement for human research, field surveys, statistical studies, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing all Reports before relying on them.
You may use the Service only if you:
• Are at least 18 years old
• Can enter into a binding contract
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
You are responsible for:
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity occurring under your account
• Notifying us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, cause operational risk, or where required by law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to build or train a competing product or model
• Sell, rent, transfer, or share your account
• Interfere with the Service or submit abusive automated traffic

“User Content” means any data, prompts, questions, files, or materials you provide.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a license to process and use it only to:

• Comply with legal, accounting, and audit requirements
We do not use your User Content to train our models. We do not allow third-party model providers to train on your User Content unless separately agreed to.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content:
• Is accurate
• Does not violate laws or third-party rights
• Is backed up independently, as we do not guarantee permanent storage
Subject to these Terms, you may view, download, and use Reports for internal purposes and in your own work outputs.
Reports may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, outdated insights, or misinterpreted source material. They may reference third-party content that we do not control.
LAILA Labs does not guarantee:
• That any Report is correct, complete, or suitable for a specific use
• Any business outcome, decision quality, or performance resulting from reliance on a Report
You assume full responsibility for verifying and evaluating Reports before use.
LAILA is designed to use minimal personal data. We may process:
• Your login email
• Basic account information
• Technical logs (IP address, device, browser)
Our Privacy Policy explains in detail:
• What data we collect
• How we use it
• How long we keep it
• Your rights under applicable laws
Where required by law, we use appropriate measures for cross-border transfers.
Some features require payment of subscription fees.
By subscribing, you agree to:
• Pay the listed fees and applicable taxes
• Allow automatic renewal at the end of your billing period unless you cancel
Refunds are not provided unless required by law.
You may cancel through your account or our website, effective at the next billing cycle.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
The Service and all Reports are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
• Error-free operation
• Continuous availability
• Accuracy or suitability of any Report
We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAILA Labs is not liable for:
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Loss of data
• Loss of goodwill
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability for all claims in any 3-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during that period.
We do not limit liability where the law does not allow it (e.g., gross negligence or intentional misconduct).
These Terms remain effective until you stop using the Service or we terminate or suspend your access.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends.
Sections involving ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes take effect upon posting.
Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing any lawsuit, both parties agree to:
• Attempt good-faith discussions
• Participate in non-binding mediation if unresolved after 30 days
If still unresolved, claims may be brought in the state or federal courts of Delaware, unless non-waivable local rights apply.
Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief at any time.
