A Three-Step Session Flow

LAILA was deployed as a core working tool during the validation module. The session followed a simple three-step flow:

  • Founders input their venture concept, target customer, and key assumptions into LAILA.

  • LAILA generates structured report sections covering competitors, market sizing, pricing dynamics, and customer segments delivered in 15 minutes per founder.

  • The facilitator uses the reports to stress-test assumptions and address gaps.

Market research stops being homework and starts being the session itself — every founder leaves with reports they can use immediately.
